How to get your Marriage License

You may visit any of our 10 locations to obtain a marriage license. Both parties will need identification (State Issued I.D., Driver’s License, Passport, etc.). The fee is $36.00, there is a 72 hour waiting period from the time of issuance and the license is good for 30 days. Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
